After being let down, very badly, by BT – we contacted Michael of Hydrocomm in the hope that he could resolve our communications problem. From the very initial contact, Michael showed great knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm. He came to see us and installed a satellite broadband system on our hydro scheme ­- not a straightforward task as the hydro station is situated in a tree­lined hollow, but with his determination to get the system up and running he completed the work effectively -­ and I might add, in horrific weather conditions! The efficiency of the system that he installed was highlighted when, after a 4 day shut down, I was able to restart our turbine from Katmandhu in Nepal! The wonders of technology.
